Online training on E-Facilitation - Basic e-Facilitation Skills for sucessfully handling web-based teamwork, collaboration and communication

Hands-on training in e-facilitation for development professionals or other persons in charge of facilitating e-discussions, web-based experience exchange and online collaboration. The training takes place entirely online. It focuses on the skills to plan and facilitate online communication and collaboration and provides first practice in the use of common web-based tools for the same. The training platform used is Agridea moodle.

NEW   E-Facilitation II – successfully leading e-discussions

This new 3-week online training answers the very practical questions that you will have as an e-facilitator sitting in front of your computer, facilitating an ongoing discussion in a discussion forum or in an e-conference room. With the chance to practice in a safe environment and to get coaching by experienced facilitators.

Total work-load ca. 30 hours. Predetermined timings for interaction and work!

After this training your e-dicsussions will be definitely more effective and efficient. They will finally be the time-saving, cheap, flexible AND result-yielding solution for your distance interactions that they should be.
