Discovering food quality policies in Europe and Switzerland

These study trips are adressed to anybody working with quality and origin products, PDOs and PGIs, terroir marks, certification and controls...Their aim is :

to better undertsand how quality products policies work in different region of Europe and in Switzerland,
to meet professional stakeholders and people involved in the subject in the region concerned,
to have a better knowledge of control and certification mechanisms for quality and origin products in the region studied,
to undertsand the relationships between alimentation and food production.
Farms and firms are visited and participants get the opportunity to meet and discuss with experts and profesionnals
