Building learning and reflection into Project Cycle Management
Register now for the winter course, December 13th - 17th, 2010
(next summer course will be in July 2011)
Outcome Mapping (OM) is increasingly used as an innovative project cycle management approach which focuses on behaviour changes as outcomes of development interventions. OM concentrates on independent actions of project partners right from the start of the project; in this way handing over problems at the end can be avoided. Further it emphasises continuous learning from experiences made along the implementation pathway. What does this mean in practice? We offer you the opportunity to get to know and use OM as a new instrument in PCM in this well designed 5-day workshop.
