Building learning and reflection into Project Cycle Management.
Outcome Mapping (OM) is an innovative project cycle management approach that focuses on behaviour changes as outcomes of development interventions. It concentrates on independent actions of project partners right from the beginning of a project and “handing over problems” at the end of a project can thus be avoided. Furthermore, OM emphasises on continuous learning from experiences made along the implementation pathway. If you do not only want to get an introduction into OM, but also input and coaching for practicing and applying OM in “real life”, then this well-designed 5-day workshop is exactly for you! It offers the opportunity to get to know and apply OM as a new instrument in PCM in a practical, hands-on way.
